Updates of offered capacity [MW]
The values published under the Border - Bidding Zone Aggregation (BZA|PL - BZA|CZ-DE-SK-LT-SE4) convey information on the Polish allocation constraint (PL-PLC) as defined by Article 2 (6) of the CACM Regulation. The allocation constraint ensures availability of adequate generation and generation reserves in Poland by managing the total import/export of electricity to/from the Polish bidding zone on all Polish borders taking part in the Market Coupling. Implementation of the Polish allocation constraint allows for a separate treatment of the allocation constraint and cross-zonal capacities of the individual interconnectors enabling efficient use of the transmission infrastructure for trading in the region.
